Dia Gainor joined NASEMSO as its Executive Director in early 2011. Prior to this she served as the Bureau Chief of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for the State of Idaho for over fifteen years. She has a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Health Services Administration and a Masters degree in Public Administration. Dia, a past President of the National Association of State EMS Officials has been involved in several activities of national significance to EMS, including the formation of the Public Safety Advisory Group, now the Transportation Safety Advancement Group. Dia was recently appointed by the US Secretary of Transportation to serve on the Advisory Commission for Emergency Medical Services which she chairs. www.nasemso.org

Sgt. Dytchkowskyj has been with the Erie County Sheriff's Office for eight years where he currently serves as Commander of the Traffic Bureau and Accident Investigation Unit. In addition to this assignment, he regularly instructs at the Erie County Law Enforcement Training Academy. Dan has a diverse and accomplished emergency services background spanning over 25 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Health Services Administration from the University of Maryland-Baltimore County with a special focus in law enforcement, emergency medical services, hazardous materials response, and emergency management. Through his appointment to the Transportation Safety Advancement Group, Sgt. Chief Mike Brown is Executive Director of the Washington State Association of Fire Chiefs and has over 40 years of fire service experience including 30 years as a Fire Chief. He has served in leadership positions as President of the International Association of Fire Chiefs, President of the Western Fire Chiefs Association, and President of the Washington State Association of Fire Chiefs. Rick Comerford has over 25 years experience in emergency management. He served as an officer in the Rhode Island National Guard and upon his retirement became Emergency Manager for Orange County and The City of Orlando, Florida. Currently, he is Director of Exercises, Training, and Performance and Operations for NC4, the National Center for Crisis and Continuity Coordination. In this capacity, he directs implementation of NC4 products and guides development of emergency management programs and response plans for emergencies and crisis for national and international clients and jurisdictions. Rick earned a BS in Industrial Technology from Rhode Island College and an MA in International Relations from Salve Regina University. Emergency Management, Brody School of Medicine since 2006. He also serves as President of the National Association of EMS Physicians, an organization of physicians and others partnering to provide leadership and foster excellence in out of hospital emergency medical services. Through his career, Ted has shared an interest in Emergency Medical Services, Trauma Management and Cardiac Care, among other public safety target areas. He completed his residency at the University of Pittsburg and earned his MD from Eastern Virginia Medical School and MPH from the University of Pittsburg. Before coming to East Carolina University, he served as Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Pittsburg. Dr. Delbridge has served several noteworthy efforts, more notably as a principal investigator for NHTSA's EMS Agenda for the Future. Jim has 30 years experience in regional planning, program development, emergency communications and services delivery. A military veteran of the US Air Force, Bob has been a peer reviewer of NASA reliability and safety projects. He received the General Electric "Edison Award to Inventors," and the William E. Jackson Requirements, Technology, and Concepts for Aviation (RCTA) research award, representing more than 200 government, industry and academic organizations internationally. T.J. Nedrow joined the Transportation Safety Advancement Group in 2002, representing the National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC). He has served as a fire service volunteer since 1975, serving as volunteer Command Officer for Lacey (WA) Fire District #3. He is active with the Washington State Fire Fighters’ Association, Washington Fire Chiefs Fire Rescue Wellness Corporation, and the Washington Traffic Incident Management Coalition. T.J. has been with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) since 1979 and currently serves as Transportation Senior Planner and a technical resource for the WSDOT statewide Incident Response program. Nancy Pollock is the retired Executive Director of the Metropolitan Emergency Services Board (MESB). The MESB coordinates and oversees the Enhanced 9-1-1 system in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area, the Metro Region EMS Program, and the Public Safety Regional Radio System. Prior to her work with the Metropolitan Emergency Services Board, Nancy served as the 911 Communications Director for St. Louis County, in northern Minnesota. Chief Reyes has served the Alexandria Police Department since 1990 and has worked in almost every unit of the Department, rising through its ranks to Deputy Chief. He served as commander of the Emergency Communications Center during the incidents of September 11, 2001. In 2002 he was assigned fulltime to the National Institute of Justice CommTech Program (formerly AGILE) and for three years pursued research, development and outreach in the communications and the interoperability arena when it was barely recognized as a nationally critical public safety concern. He has managed public safety radio interoperability operations for the City of Alexandria and continues to be a key player in the National Capital Region on communications, interoperability data sharing.
Chief Reyes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy.
